ABOUT US
America Now provides structured administrative assistance with immigration documents for Brazilians living in the United States.
Our mission is to make the document-preparation process more organized and understandable through a close, respectful, and multilingual approach.
Our Administrative Services
Depending on the selected package, America Now may provide:
- A guided process for collecting and organizing information supplied by the client;
- Administrative data entry into government forms selected by the client;
- A personalized digital workspace for organizing the client’s documents and evidence;
- Organizational checklists based on publicly available government instructions;
- Coordination of translations and supporting documents;
- Delivery of the completed administrative materials for the client’s own review, correction, signature, and submission.
All information entered into forms is provided by the client. The client remains responsible for reviewing the accuracy and completeness of every answer and document before signing or submitting anything to a government agency.
Important Legal Notice
I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW AND MAY NOT GIVE LEGAL ADVICE OR ACCEPT FEES FOR LEGAL ADVICE. I AM NOT ACCREDITED TO REPRESENT YOU IN IMMIGRATION MATTERS.
America Now is not a law firm. Sandra Michelini is not a licensed attorney and is not an accredited representative before USCIS, the Department of Homeland Security, the Executive Office for Immigration Review, or any immigration court.
Our work is limited to administrative organization, client-directed data entry, document coordination, and general educational information. We do not provide legal advice, determine eligibility for immigration benefits, or represent clients before government agencies.
When Legal Assistance Is Needed
When a matter requires legal analysis, America Now recommends that the client consult an independent, licensed U.S. immigration attorney.
Any attorney-client relationship is separate from America Now. The client selects and retains the attorney directly, receives legal advice exclusively from that attorney, and is responsible for any separate legal fees.
Our Founder
America Now was founded by Sandra Michelini, a Brazilian immigrant with extensive international and multicultural experience.
Sandra is an Ambassador for Gringas Girls, one of the largest communities of Brazilian women living abroad. Her community work reflects America Now’s commitment to treating immigrants and families with dignity, organization, transparency, and care.
Languages and Transparency
Administrative services and organizational materials may be available in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
Clients receive access to their own information, completed forms, and documents. Every client is responsible for reviewing and approving the final materials before signing or submitting them.
Translation and Document Coordination
America Now may coordinate certified translations and other administrative document services through independent qualified professionals.
Documents such as prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, wills, trusts, and powers of attorney involve legal content that must be directed and approved by a separately retained licensed attorney.
