ABOUT US
America Now offers solutions for Brazilians in the United States who need assistance preparing and organizing immigration processes and documents in the U.S. and Brazil.
You can choose to prepare your own process with our DIY Kits, hire administrative assistance for document preparation, or, when your situation requires legal advice, receive assistance from an independent immigration attorney.
OUR SERVICES
– DIY Kits
Our Marriage Green Card Kit was developed for couples who want to prepare their own adjustment of status application in an organized manner, with step-by-step guidance, templates, checklists, and supporting materials.
Customers who have purchased the kit and need individual assistance or clarification regarding the preparation of their process may purchase additional assistance from America Now for $87 per hour.
– Administrative Immigration Document Preparation
We provide administrative preparation and organization of documents, based on the information and decisions provided by the client, for matters including:
- Adjustment of Status and other family-based immigration processes;
- Removal of Conditions (Form I-751);
- Naturalization;
- VAWA;
- Student visas and extensions of status;
- Responses to Requests for Evidence (RFE).
– Legal Assistance When Needed
When a case requires legal advice, clients may consult Judith Ludwic, an independent U.S. immigration attorney with approximately 50 years of experience and more than 37,000 satisfied clients.
Assistance can be provided bilingually, with America Now participating to facilitate communication when needed.
The attorney-client relationship, legal advice, and legal fees are separate and independent from America Now’s administrative services.
– Other ServiceS
We also offer:
- Preparation and coordination of prenuptial and postnuptial documents, with independent legal assistance when required;
- Certified and sworn translations;
- Assistance obtaining Brazilian and U.S. certificates and official documents;
- Administrative assistance with retirement benefit matters involving Brazil’s INSS and the U.S. Social Security Administration (SSA).
TRASPARENCY AND RESPONSABILITY
America Now is not a law firm. Sandra Michelini is not an attorney and does not provide legal advice or represent clients before immigration authorities.
For administrative document preparation services, the information and decisions are provided by the client, who remains responsible for reviewing and approving all documents before signing and submitting them.
When a matter requires interpretation of the law, determination of eligibility, legal strategy, or legal representation, the client is referred for independent legal assistance.
